2. Counter-Notification

If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. This must include:

Your name, contact info, and signature

The URL where the content appeared before removal

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error

A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court

We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If no legal action is taken within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

GameBoi.site has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright violations. Accounts or users found repeatedly violating copyright rules may be permanently restricted from accessing the site.

4. Google AdSense Compliance

As part of our commitment to Google AdSense policies, we remove or disable access to content that infringes upon intellectual property rights upon valid notice. This helps maintain a safe and ad-compliant environment for all users.
